Returns/Refund Policy
1. This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by Optimum Beauty Shop.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date of the product.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging, not damaged and seal intact.
Please note- Any product that was sold in sealed packaging and that seal was broken then unfortunately we cannot accept a return or refund request.
Breaking the seal voids our warranty on that product and means it cannot be resold once opened so therefore a return isn't an option.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. We will however refund the initial cost paid but not the price of the return.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items
Sale items can be refunded if the above criteria regarding the condition of the item is met.
