    Remove the socks from the packaging and separate them using scissors. 

    Carefully cut off the top part of the sock about 0.5 cm from the seam. Put them on clean, dry feet, sealing around the ankles (for better comfort, you can wear cotton socks over them). Wear for 60-90 minutes, then remove and rinse off any remaining liquid with water. 

    Before use, ensure that nail polish is completely removed from your nails. 

    For best results, repeat the treatment every month. The exfoliation process will begin after 4-7 days and will last for the next 3-5 days. 2 × 20 ml
