Delivery Information

All orders stock levels permitting placed before 3pm GMT will be dispatched same day as the order is placed and if payment has been cleared.

For added delivery security and timing Optimum Beauty Shop uses Franked Business Mail delivered by Royal Mail. Items are posted with a franked stamp with our company branding on it and a returns address label. Franked items are processed separately as its classified as Business mail and is prioritised for quicker delivery.
We also use bright and colourful recycled boxes which are mainly bright green and peach so it is easily recognisable as being from Optimum Beauty Shop.

UK Delivery

All UK 1st Class items sent should be received in 1-3 business days. 1st class packages cannot be tracked or traced so if you require secure delivery please choose the Recorded delivery option.

For bulky items that may not fit through your letter box please be aware if you're not in to accept delivery your item may then be left at your local Royal Mail sorting office. Your postman should leave a red card if this is the case but doesn't always happen.

All UK 1st Class Recorded items should be received within 1-2 business days and a signature will be required upon delivery.

As the same as above if your item hasn't arrive please check with your local Royal Mail sorting office.

Items not Received/Lost

If your item has not been delivered after a short period of time please contact your Royal Mail Sorting Office before contacting us. If they do not have it the item should then have been returned back to me. If this is the case i can then resend but it will incur further postage costs to you. If the item is lost completely i cannot do anything until we can claim the item as lost through the official Royal Mail lost items process.

European and Worldwide Shipping

All items sent at the basic cost will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets service. This service takes 3-5 business days for European Shipping and 5-7 business days for International. These are average times but can take longer or shorter dependant on customs and your local Postal Service.

This service is not trackable at all once sent. It is the basic and cheapest service possible. If you would like a tracking number or for your item to be signed for upon delivery please choose the International Signed For delivery option.

Royal Mail International Signed For

This shipping method means your item can be tracked and will also require your signature upon delivery. Shipping times are usually 1 day faster than the normal Airmail Small Packets Service.
